Sustainability, for us, is a continuous series of choices—for the planet, people, and financial viability. Our mission is to empower leaders in making these choices, ensuring a brighter, more sustainable future through innovation, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the collective well-being.
Values
Values
All our values and actions come from our core driver: Bringing Humanity in Harmony with Itself, Society and the Planet. All our values and priorities come from this.
People – Society – Planet – We are building this organization on a split foundation of bringing humanity in harmony with itself, society, and the planet. all of our decisions, from who we work with, who we hire, how we operate to the messaging we’re promoting, our why, how we do it, to what we do, springs from our deepest core value: bringing humanity into harmony with itself, society, and the planet.
Authenticity – we are human. we’ll make mistakes. we’ll apologize. we’ll learn. we’ll strive to do better. we’ll endeavor to be authentic, ourselves, positive, inspiring trust. we aim to make a difference in our world every day, and in our clients’ world, shaping our shared journey.
Transparency – trust is built with transparency, so we’ll be transparent about what we’re doing, how we’re doing it, and how that benefits us, our clients, and you, our readers, our fellow citizens.
Integrity – we’ll do what we say we’ll do, and we’ll do it well. we’ll make our decisions based on our mission, vision, and values, and we’ll imbue those into our culture, into our professional relationships, our partnerships, and into the new business units we’re growing and planning on developing.
Agile – Flexible – Innovative – we’re born of iteration upon iteration, an effort to find the perfect vessel to make this vision happen. we’ll continue iterating, staying flexible and agile, and we’ll continue to innovate. innovation is at our core. we’ll bring innovative solutions to our partnerships, as we tap into our global startup/innovation community.
Lean – we’ll tap into tools like AI, and automation, to run a lean organization, sustainable, adaptable to all the changes we’ll experience, to better serve you, and our mission.
Interdisciplinary – our vision, and mission could not be achieved without a dedicated effort from a large interdisciplinary group of experts, global citizens dedicated to making an impact, innovating for sustainability, and actively advancing sustainability.
Legacy – as a species, we, humanity, are here today, because we stand on the shoulders of giants. our ancestors, immediate or far removed, have made extraordinary efforts to push humanity into the future. it is our duty to take care of this legacy and leave it in great shape for those we see ourselves in into the future, our children and their children’s children, and like the native americans’ believed, we are responsible to our future selves up to the seventh generation.
Communication, Cooperation and Collaboration – without these three pillars, there wouldn’t be a Sustain-Ability.Media, or TheSeachange.co. They are at our core, what defines us, what permeates into everything that we do.
Win-Win-Win-Win – winning is not a zero-sum game for us. we believe that by creating situations where all the parts could win, will add to creating a much bigger sum, bringing value to all.
Community: We see ourselves as part of a global community dedicated to sustainable practices, contributing to the larger movement for a greener, more sustainable future.
