Seachange

A “sea change” is a profound or significant transformation, especially one that brings about a substantial shift in perspective, approach, or condition. This term often describes sweeping changes that affect an entire organization, society, or situation.

For the purposes of this endeavor, we chose to use the term “seachange” as a unifying term under which we can bring together those that move the system, those that can impact politics, those senior executives, CEOs, CFOs, CSOs, COOs, that can make that one strategic decision which will impact all of their stakeholders – employees, local communities, consumers – in all 200 countries, or as many countries as they are present in.

It is time for the seachange.
